All orders are shipped via UPS. Shipping charges vary by item and are detailed at check out.
If you receive a broken or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will provide you instructions on returning and / or receiving a replacement item. You must contact us within 30 days of receipt of merchandise. Do not return merchandise without contacting us first.
If the broken or defective item is over $25.00 your cost, please email us a picture of the damage and we may be able to ship a replacement without requiring a return. Otherwise, we will have to mail pre-paid return shipping labels and wait for the item to be returned to us before we can issue a refund or exchange.
Returns for non-defective, non-broken items must be made within 30 days. Returns cannot be accepted after 30 days. Merchandise must be returned in its original inner packing and must be in resaleable condition. Merchandise, merchandise packaging, and inner packing must bear no markings or be otherwise defaced or damaged. Please contact us for return authorization before returning merchandise.
